Thanks for stopping by, I suppose you would like to know a bit about me and what makes me tick. I have been a licensed Realtor since August of 2006, before that I spent eight years working at Carter Lumber where I assisted to design, estimate and sell everything from interior remodels to entire houses. This is whereI met my husband, Josh Daniel, who was/is an apartment contractor in Marion. Together we own and manage 70+ apartments throughout Marion, Ohio.

I have created and maintain this blog to provide information and document my daily (mis)adventures in Marion real estate as well as dish out my take on the world around me. Feel free to leave comments, ask questions and check back often. The presence of ADD pushes me to constantly change my site, you never know what you may find from day to day.

I am passionate about technology, love photography, spend countless hours blog stalking and dream of one day traveling the world .
