Today was one of the most stressful days I have had in a very long time. I have spent many hours in the past week and a half working on a listing that I had in contract, today was that day that it was either going to close or it was going to crash and burn. Earlier in the week we scheduled the closing for 2:00 p.m. and I was notified at 1:00pm that we were going to have to push it back to 4:00p.m. and hope that things got ironed out. This was just another bump in this very rocky road. Anyway, to save you from all the boredom it finally closed and I finally left the office around 6:00pm.
When I made it home the only thing I wanted to do was spend some time with my patient and supportive husband and son, answering e-mails and messages had to wait. Little did I know that I had a message waiting for me congratulating me for making Roost.com’s 50 Real Estate People To Follow on Twitter! I had to read it twice to make sure it wasn’t another @DanielleDaniels
