I could go on for weeks on using the Auditor’s site, but I doubt I will – too boring. However, it is important for a home owner to take a look and see what the Auditor is using to assess their taxes.

A suggestion, somehow “highlight” what you are talking about. I had trouble following your cursor as you were saying “and here we have” I kept getting my cursor confused with yours. I think you can highlight the text in the area you are talking about.
