It has taken me two days to come down from Real Estate Bar Camp Ohio and it is now sinking in that it is over, until next year. All the anxiety, stress and time of planning the event was totally worth it when I saw and heard attendees ‘getting it’.
I don’t like the phrase but its the truth. Many admitted that they only came because they were curious, they. Just wanted to see what all the hype of Bar Camp was about. After a session or two you could see them getting excited because they were learning how to better use tools they already had and even better they were connecting with other attendees!
Personally, I was hooked when I caught my first stream on dakno.com . I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of and as people started arriving from throughout Ohio and as far away as California I couldn’t help but take pride in the fact we brought it all together.
Planning will soon begin for RE Bar Camp Ohio ‘10, many things will change but many things will stay the same. If you were there give us some feedback and if you would like to attend in 2010 keep an eye on the site www.rebarcamp.com/columbus
