Tonight, while stumbling around Twitter, I found an article on Squidoo about a family that was staring foreclosure in the face. When they ask the bank for assistance they were told they would process their request and get back to them in 45 to 60 days. Instead of sitting back and waiting for an answer they challenged themselves with making and selling 500 hats in just 30 days!

Each hat is unique and the hats are being sold for $10 each and can be donated to the homeless if you’re not much for wearing hats. You can follow the journey on twitter @badmsm if you wish.

A few months back I posted about the new Yamato Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar opening in Marion. Since then the restaurant has opened and my husband and I have had a chance to try it out. We went on a Sunday evening a few weeks after they had opened. The food was delicious, I had teriyaki steak and my husband had a sushi sampler. The only complaint I had was that the glasses were solid ceramic and the waitress was unable to see when you needed a refill which ment you had to ask, no big deal. I would recommend to give it a try if you like sushi, very good and you don’t have to drive!

Reflecting Upon RE Bar Camp

It has taken me two days to come down from Real Estate Bar Camp Ohio and it is now sinking in that it is over, until next year. All the anxiety, stress and time of planning the event was totally worth it when I saw and heard attendees ‘getting it’.
I don’t like the phrase but [...]
