I just recieved sales numbers from the Ohio Association of Realtors for January and February, they are bleak for sellers but prove that buyers have an advantage. When compared to Mansfield’s MLS, Marion’s numbers don’t appear to be as drastic. The lower priced homes are still selling, most of which are bank owned properties.
